Different Ways to Measure our World

There are many ways to measure things in our world. You are going on a scavenger hunt around your house. Write/draw the measuring instrument/tool on the line. See how many you can find! Can you find 4 in a row?

Something to measure your height:   Something to measure the width of your head:    Something to measure dry flour  Something to measure the pressure in a tire
Something to measure the weight of your body  Something to measure milk in a recipe  Something to measure the temperature:  Something to measure the distance you drive
Something to measure  a tiny bit of  liquid (a mouthful of oil)   Something to  measure the temperature of a turkey in the oven   Something to measure how long to bake cookies    Something to measure the time
Something to measure your foot  Something to measure the weight of a vegetable   Something to measure the length of your couch  Something to measure  your waistline
